This Privacy Policy explains how Viavue collects, uses, discloses and protects your Personal Information, obtained explicitly through the Website and the Portal, as well as other information collected automatically without direct submission by you. 'Personal Information' is information that enables anyone to contact you and your credit card/debit card/other payment method details. Your full name, address, IP address, e-mail address are other examples of Personal Information. Any other capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the same meaning as ascribed thereto in the User Agreement. You may need to provide Viavue with your Personal Information, during:

  • The course of logging into use the Portal which Viavue has given you access to; and
  • while making any online payment with respect to the Services availed off on the Portal.

Viavue may use the information submitted by you to send you e-mails for administrative purposes and/or to keep you informed of the Services availed off by you/provided by Viavue. Viavue does not make these e-mail addresses available to any third party. Viavue DOES NOT trade, rent, sell or share your statutory and/or Personal Information to third parties unless we have received explicit authorization otherwise from you. Further, Viavue does not store or share any personal, financial, or statutory information provided by you on its Website and/or Portal as required by law. When you access the Website or use the Portal, Viavue's servers (which may be hosted by a third party service provider) may collect information indirectly and automatically about your activities on the Website/Portal using cookies. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to a user's browser from a web server and is eventually stored on your computer hard drive. This anonymous information is maintained distinctly and is not linked to the Personal Information you submit to Viavue. The anonymous information will be used for Viavue's understanding of how the Website/Portal is used, for other statistical purposes, for system administration and to personalize your experience. Viavue may also collect information related to access times, browser type, and your IP address for tracking usage patterns and, if necessary, deny service in accordance with the User Agreement. Viavue may disclose aggregated information about the use of the Website/Portal, but such aggregated information will never contain Personal Information. Viavue does not disclose Personal Information to third parties in the normal course of operations. However, in situations when Viavue is legally obligated to disclose information to the government or other third parties, Viavue will do so. Viavue implements standard measures to protect against unauthorized access to and unlawful interception of Personal Information. However, no internet site can fully eliminate security risks.
